Website privacy policy

1. Data controller

The data controller for the data collected through the 123studio.dev website is 123studio.dev.

For any privacy question you can write to privacy@123studio.dev.

2. Scope

This privacy policy covers only the 123studio.dev website. The apps and projects shown in the portfolio have their own dedicated notices:

• NautiQuiz: privacy policy and terms of use;
• MyBox: notice available in the app and on mybox.123studio.dev;
• the websites built for clients, reachable from the portfolio links, have their own notices.

3. Browsing data

When you visit the website, the server hosting it automatically records some technical data in its logs: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, outcome of the request, browser type and operating system, and the referring page, if any.

• Purpose: running the website, keeping it secure and detecting any abuse.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: for a limited period, according to the security settings of the hosting provider, unless the data is needed to establish liability in the event of attacks or crimes.

We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.

4. Data you send us by email

If you write to the addresses shown on the website, we process your email address and the information in your message only to reply to you and, if you ask, to provide information about our services.

• Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest in replying to the communications we receive (point (f)).
• Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that results from it.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use cookies, whether its own or third-party, and does not store any information in your browser's storage (such as localStorage).

You choose the language with the flags at the top right, which take you to the Italian or English version of each page: each version has its own address and your choice is not stored.

6. No third-party services

The website does not use statistics tools, advertising, social buttons or content embedded from other platforms. Fonts and stylesheets are also hosted on the website itself, so visiting it does not send any data to external services.

Links to other websites, such as those of the portfolio projects or of the Ministry, lead to external pages with their own privacy policies.

7. Who processes data on our behalf

The website is hosted by Hostinger, which manages the servers and their technical logs as data processor. Email is handled by the email service provider. Data is not sold or disclosed to others, except where required by law or requested by the authorities.

8. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights write to privacy@123studio.dev.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Changes

If the website changes the way it processes data, for example by adding contact forms or statistics tools, we will update this page and its last updated date.
